Ingredients:
- ½ cup seeded, chopped Californian Medjool Dates
- 3 scoops of frozen yogurt
- ½ cup milk
Method:
- Combine milk and dates in a blender and puree.
- Add ice cream or frozen yoghurt.
- Mix until smooth. (Optional: add ½ cup of your favourite fruit)
