Date Shake

Serves: 1 person


  • ½ cup seeded, chopped Californian Medjool Dates
  • 3 scoops of frozen yogurt
  • ½ cup milk



  1. Combine milk and dates in a blender and puree.
  2. Add ice cream or frozen yoghurt.
  3. Mix until smooth. (Optional: add ½ cup of your favourite fruit)
